Private Villas Booking Policy
In order to keep our villas as homey as they are, we listed down a few of our most important policies that you must know before you finally book with us.
1. Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of PHP 5,000 shall be collected upon check-in and will be returned at check-out.
2. CLAYGO
We practice Clean As You Go. Used dishes must be washed and trash must be properly disposed of.
3. No Smoking
Strictly NO SMOKING inside the villas. A penalty of P5,000.00 will be charged accordingly.
4. Quiet Hours
We are in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM onwards.
5. Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable. In case of change of plans however, a reservation may be rebooked only once to another date no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled booking. Failure to rebook on time forfeits and effectively cancels the booking.
6. House Rules
We made sure you'll feel very much taken care of when you find yourself at home with us. To make sure that you and everyone else at the resort will have a pleasant time during your stay, we have set a few guidelines and reminders.
Etiquette

Respect other guests and keep the premises clean and orderly.

Treat our villas as you would your own home. Damages, losses, and extreme mess may forfeit the security deposit.

Use the showers before swimming, wear proper swimming attire, and follow Pool Rules
On Pool Policy

We have no lifeguards on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time. Use of lifevest and floaters are encouraged.
Prohibited Items

Bringing in any outside drinks, electrical appliances, pets, dangerous goods such as firearms and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Unexpected Events

Management has the right to refuse and revoke entry of unruly guests. Further, we will not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, or loss of property while inside the premises.
